Cj's Creation Station is NOT your typical truck! We are the do it all truck, from our daily job at 2 Pond Park, to private events, festivals, and catering! We take pride in serving high quality recipes that everybody can enjoy!
Originating out of Brant Rock, Ma my background began at Haddads Ocean Café as a chef. My main focus at Haddads was creating fun and tasteful menu items as well as traditional dishes. The food truck is my new adventure where I can explore more of my personal spins on everyday recipes.
The name of the Creation Station came from our idea of not being stuck to one theme. Our goal is to be able to create any menu our clients have their hearts set on! The Creation Station is forever changing menu items with different weekly specials, while staying true to our main menu! All private parties and events are done intimately with our clients, building custom menus that suit their needs. My high quality team has allowed me to make this dream come true, and we look forward to expanding our customer cliental.
